On Monday, it was time for the usual preliminary meeting for SDHL and Brynäs team captain Erika Grahm has high expectations for the SDHL season.

- I have very positive feelings. It will be an incredibly tight season and certainly the best ever, ”says Grahm, who is also responsible for the club's women's team.

Grahm is looking forward to a season where many positive things happen both on and off the ice. With many strong teams, new main sponsor and in addition, Sweden Television will broadcast a match every week.

Top four teams

When it comes to Brynäs, the team ended up in a modest 7th place last year, but for this season the team has made several strong acquisitions such as the attacking players Michela Cava and Lara Stalder and the pitch Maja Nylén-Persson.

- I still think we should be a top-four team and go in to win all the matches and want to be there in the top.

But competition is stiff.

- I think there are at least five six teams that will beat each other quite a lot and it will be an incredibly much tighter table so I think it will be an incredibly fun league to follow, concludes Erika Grahm.
