The president of the United States, Donald Trump, announced on Saturday that he cancels a secret meeting with the Taliban leaders scheduled for Sunday at Camp David, after an attack in Kabul in which an American military died.
The Taliban "admitted an attack in Kabul that killed one of our great great soldiers and 11 other people," Trump tweeted. The president then decided on the "immediate cancellation" of a "secret" meeting with Taliban leaders in Camp David and the suspension of negotiations to withdraw US troops.
