This was stated by First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Alexander Gorovoy.

“Of the offenses that we have documented, I can say that specifically these offenses will not affect the final results of the vote,” TASS quoted him as saying.

All information provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs is “preliminary in nature” before the closure of precinct election commissions, he added.

According to RIA Novosti, as of 5:00 p.m. there were 315 allegations of violations and crimes during the elections throughout the country.

“Two-thirds are not within the competence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,” Gorovoy specified.

Earlier, Roskomnadzor revealed the spread of political advertising on Google, Facebook and YouTube in the days when it is legally prohibited in connection with the election.
