“On September 7, 2019, a group of three people was detained. During the preliminary investigation, it turned out that the attackers arrived to photograph on the roof and inside the sensitive facility for further posting of images on the Internet, ”the agency said.
As specified, on the night of September 8, up to 50 people planned to infiltrate the center and carry out "vandal actions in relation to the equipment."
At first they detained two, and later another 12 people who were sent to the police department.
The incident was reported to law enforcement agencies.
