In organizational matters, the Council also discussed the amendment of the composition of the Standing Committee to follow up the universal periodic report on human rights.

During the session, the Board also reviewed a number of government reports and national files, which included the Audit Bureau's report on the final accounts of Emirates Development Bank, Union Credit Information Company and Emirates General Petroleum Corporation for the fiscal year 2018, and the annual report of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority for 2018.
