Trump proposed to place the victims of the hurricane on cruise ships

US President Donald Trump has proposed placing the victims of Hurricane Dorian on cruise ships.

“Any help from cruise ship companies that are ready to provide their ships as permanent housing will be, I am sure, appreciated,” Trump wrote on Twitter.

.... that were not hit - and that are in good condition. Any cruise ship companies willing to act as stationary housing, etc., I am sure would be appreciated!

He also said that the Coast Guard and the Federal Emergency Management Agency are moving people from areas of the Bahamas that were badly damaged by the hurricane to places that weren’t affected by the elements.

It was previously reported that the death toll due to Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas increased to 43.
