Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky held a telephone conversation on September 7.

According to the Kremlin’s press service, the negotiations were initiated by the Ukrainian side.

It is clarified that during the exchange of views on the prospects of organizing the Norman Four summit, Putin noted the need to continue comprehensive preparatory work so that the next meeting in this format would be effective and would really contribute to the implementation of the existing agreements at the highest level, especially the Minsk “set of measures”.
