In recent years, around 200 motorcyclists have gathered to take part in the event.

- It is everyone who comes and participates. Most are from the local area, but there have also been participants who have driven all the way from Trondheim, says Kay Rönn, who has participated three times before.

On Saturday they start in Halmstad and then drive a distance between eight and ten kilometers in the southern parts of Halland. But the exact route is not yet determined.

- The distance depends on the weather and is determined during the morning. Then we are many who drive together and have to adapt to the traffic situation and the roads, says Kay Rönn.

Provides support for research

The money, which is raised through, among other things, the start-up fee, goes to the Kvinnojouren in Halmstad and the Child Diabetes Foundation.

- Diabetes is a disease that is sometimes a little forgotten, but many children and young people are affected. We want to be part of and support the research, says Kay.

The response from the organizations that received money even in previous years says he is positive.

- They are very grateful and think we support and mark that we think it is important.
