Zelensky’s response says that the Ukrainian authorities take into account the need to improve legal policy and establish peace in society.
“The legalization of arms trafficking in a state seems premature, and therefore cannot be supported,” Zelensky said.
He also said that he would forward the petition, which was signed by more than 25 thousand people, to the Commission on Legal Reform.
Earlier, the State Border Service of Ukraine recorded a decrease in attempts to transport weapons to Belarus.
