The investigation of the site Disclose, published last April, revealed the use of French weapons in the war in Yemen. The photojournalism festival Visa pour l'image, which is being held in Perpignan, on Thursday (September 5th) rewarded this investigative work entitled "Made in France", by awarding it the Golden Visa for Digital Information. This prize is supported by France Media World, France Televisions, Radio France and the National Audiovisual Institute.

"The Disclose team has conducted a remarkable investigation into the sales of French manufactured and sold weapons used to bomb Yemen," said jury chairman Samuel Bollendorff. "The protean rendition of Maade in Francea found its expression on the web, rightly mixing texts, datas and videos, supported by the work of photographer Lorenzo Tugnoli" .

The jury, composed of Dimitri Beck (Polka Magazine), Christophe Champin (RFI), Agnès Chauveau (INA), Olivier Laurent (Washington Post), Benoit Leprince (The Sunday Journal), Lucas Menget (franceinfo) and Eric Scherer ( France Télévisions), distinguished this work by Mathias Destal, Geoffrey Livolsi, Lorenzo Tugnoli, Michel Despratx, Aliaume Leroy and Tom Flanery.

After the publication of their investigation into this brand new platform, several journalists from Disclose were summoned by the ISB and heard in a free hearing as part of an investigation into "breach of national defense secrecy".
