It was at half past four on Friday that the track error was discovered, and it is the stretch between Helsingborg and Hyllie that is affected.
Some trains are set to the entire route, while others are set to parts of the route.
According to the Swedish Transport Administration's forecast, trains will start rolling as usual again on Saturday morning.
They refer to other departures, and replacement buses will run between Helsingborg and Lund.
