According to Defense News, Poland sent two requests to the US Department of Defense's Defense Cooperation Agency regarding the acquisition of the FGM-148 Javelin, as well as five C-130H Hercules transport aircraft.
It is noted that Poland plans to acquire 60 launchers and about 185 Javelin missiles.
In August, it was reported that Ukraine was agreeing with the United States on additional supplies of Javelin anti-tank missile systems.
