“In order to establish the circumstances of the death of a minor in the Kanevsky district, a criminal case was initiated,” the agency quotes the representative of the department.
According to preliminary data, the girl’s grandmother and grandfather brought her to the district hospital with abdominal pain, but the doctors didn’t reveal the disease in the child and let her go home, having prescribed pain medication.
The next morning, the child's condition worsened, the girl was hospitalized and operated on, but could not be saved.
Earlier, Nevskiye Novosti reported that in the Novgorod region they were checking for the death of a 67-year-old man in the hospital.
In February, URA.RU also reported that a Chelyabinsk court sentenced two doctors to custody in the death of a patient.
