The Federal Service for Labor and Employment named the leading industries for the largest availability of vacancies with wages of 80 thousand rubles per month. Relevant data provided by the federal state information system “Work in Russia”.

Workers in the fields of transport, production, construction, real estate and the mining industry may apply for proposals with wages of more than 80 thousand rubles.

In particular, we are talking about such specialties as a bulldozer driver, a mine surveyor, a truck driver, a transport repair mechanic, an engineer, an electric gas welder, a foreman, a construction site manager.

In addition, in a number of sectors, wage offers reach 300–400 thousand rubles.

“There are corresponding vacancies for pilots with a salary of up to 350 thousand rubles, assistants to the captain with a salary of up to 300 thousand rubles, machinists of mining excavation machines with a salary of 200 thousand rubles,” the TASS message quotes.

At the same time, in August, the RIA Rating agency presented the data of its study, from which it follows that about 12% of Russians have salaries above 75 thousand rubles per month. Among the 27 industries analyzed, the largest representatives in the list are specialists engaged in mining (37%), finance (33%) and fisheries (34%).

“The most profitable industries”

According to Oleg Babich, a member of the Council of the Confederation of Labor of Russia, the level of salaries in the sectors represented by Rostrud is related to the economic component, in particular, the profitability of these areas.

“These are probably the most profitable industries. In this regard, employers are able to offer such salaries. In addition, they often require sufficiently skilled work, which in general also cannot but affect wages. Although, unfortunately, this is not always a decisive factor, ”explained the interlocutor of RT.

In his opinion, in the near future, the demand and high level of remuneration will be associated with professions in the field of high technologies.

“Demanded now, and will be in the future, the profession in aviation. There is a shortage of personnel in the field of bioengineering and high chemistry. In general, these are the professions that are associated with the technological movement forward. It is believed that since these sectors have huge development prospects, professions will be in demand in them, ”he added.

In turn, professor of the Department of Labor and Social Policy of the Institute of Public Administration and Management (ISSU) of RANEPA, Doctor of Economics Alexander Shcherbakov noted that in these areas with a high salary we are talking about narrow-minded, not mass professions.

“The list of these industries is not very eloquent and not quite intelligible. That is, they do not explain why these particular industries are the highest paid, ”he said.

According to the expert, at the moment, specialists in the field of computer technology, programmers, employees of banking and financial organizations, as well as artisans (bricklayer, turner, welder and others) are most in demand.

Earlier, a report was prepared by the All-Russian Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor, with a list of the most popular professions in Russia in 2019. The first three required vacancies included a cashier seller, a cook and a vocational education teacher. In the top 10 - a lawyer, social work specialist, procurement specialist, further education teacher, nurse, clerk, accountant and defectologist.

Recall that in early July, RT based on Rostrud data compiled a rating with the highest coefficient of tension in the labor market in the regions (the ratio of the number of unemployed to the number of vacancies in large and medium-sized organizations in the region).

The most difficult situation was recorded in Ingushetia, where the coefficient was 118.4. 206 open vacancies fall on 24.3 thousand officially unemployed citizens in the republic. The second place in this rating is occupied by Chechnya (coefficient 23.8). Then follow Dagestan (18.6), North Ossetia (6.1), the Republic of Tuva (5.2). The most favorable situation on the labor market was recorded in the Amur Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region, where the coefficient was 0.1.
