There is a woman, admitted to the hospital for endometriosis, who has filmed the incident in the clip above. At the time of writing, the video has over 2,000 shares on facebook.

- I thought it was as usual to get this response, but after all the reactions to the video, I understand that it is a big thing, the woman tells SVT.

- Now I can understand why I have felt bad for a long time after a hospital visit.

It is unclear what preceded the exchange of words in the video, but in a press release, the hospital writes: “Unfortunately, conflicts occur between caregivers and patients, although rare. The hospital works systematically with activities to prevent situations such as these from occurring ”.

Seriously looking at the event

Södertälje Hospital also writes that they take a serious look at the incident and that they have zero tolerance for bad behavior.

- We must treat all patients, regardless of condition, with calm and respect. I really regret the event and see it as unacceptable. The hospital has zero tolerance for poor treatment and we will take the necessary measures, says operations manager Lena Kruse.

The hospital's HR manager confirms to SVT that a member of staff has been relocated after what has happened.

- This employee has now been given other duties, otherwise we do not comment on individual personnel matters, says Marianne Högbom, HR Manager at Södertälje Hospital. She continues:

- What we need now is peace and quiet to investigate the incident.
