According to him, this was a significant positive change for the country, whose efforts are primarily aimed at arming the army.
“The Polish army is arming itself and becoming truly modern, truly capable of fighting a difficult opponent,” the deputy said.
He noted that Poland does not want war, but acts on the principle of “if you want peace, prepare for war”.
Earlier, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Moravecki announced the need to deploy a long-term NATO base in the country.
In accordance with the agreement of Poland and the USA on the expansion of the American contingent, six points of deployment of US troops will be created in the republic.
In late May, Kaczynski said that the decision to increase the number of US troops in Poland should be a warning to the Kremlin.
