The alarm came to the police at 23.33 on Wednesday evening. Housing in the area had heard several shots fired outside the housing area.
When police arrived at the scene, they found findings that confirmed there had been a gunshot wound, according to police. However, there is no information if anyone was injured.
"Technicians are on their way out now, a technical investigation will be carried out on site," said Patric Fors, a spokesman for the police at 1am at night.
A gun dog has also been called to the area.
