PT-Fia tips: So you manage to keep your training promise


Have you promised yourself to start exercising? Then you are not alone. After New Year many exercise cards buy and it is often crowded in the gym. But after a few weeks the congestion is usually gone. To get started is one thing - another to make it a habit.

- The hardest thing is finding the one that makes you want to keep it and want to repeat it. So it becomes a natural part of life.
