According to the Health Administration, employees have deliberately and systematically failed to register two to seven absences per day in the "come and go" system - which acts as a stamp clock.
The person had repeatedly been instructed since December last year on how to smoke but not followed them.
In their written decision, the employer states that the reasons for the warning are the rules that exist within the region which states that smoking must not take place during working hours.
According to the employee's union, the man did not want to discuss the matter with the employer anymore.
