But S&P points out: the Conte bis government avoids "new elections" that would have reduced the time for the maneuvering Ok and the M5s / Pd executive "could pave the way for important corrections, like the 2020 budget law". With M5s / Pd, "perhaps increased economic growth, more Italy-EU coordination on budget and structural policies and an increase in the country's credit parameters".
