In full countdown to today's crucial vote in the British Parliament, Deputy Phillip Lee announced his escape from the Conservative Party to the Liberal Democratic Party for his opposition to Boris Johnson's plans. Lee's departure left the 'premier' without the majority of a single vote that he had so far in Parliament (with the 10 deputies of the Unionist Democratic Parido).

Lee has posted his resignation letter on Twitter.
