The suspicions against the 19-year-old have now been fully written off, according to Upsala Nya Tidning. The 19-year-old must have met the girl one evening in early August, and there were sexual acts at the meeting. It was also after that that a report of rape was established. But now the investigation is completely closed.
According to the prosecutor, there is no indication that it would have been an assault rape and the 19-year-old has denied criminal offenses. Nor are there any witnesses who can substantiate the rape.
