“To release the General of the Army of Ukraine Muzhenko from military service to the reserve in connection with the holding of organizational measures with the right to wear military uniforms,” the document says.
On May 21 Zelensky signed a decree on the dismissal of Muzhenko from the post of chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. In his place was appointed Ruslan Khomchak.
