It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a family lawyer Tatyana Sustina.

“The court rejected the prosecutor's claim,” she said.

It is noted that along with this, the court issued a warning to parents about the need to change their attitude towards children.

Sustina indicated that, in connection with this warning, the defense would prepare an appeal.

According to the agency, a statement about the deprivation of this pair of parental rights was accepted for production by the court in mid-August. The lawsuit stated that they deliberately allowed the children to be in the rally “in order to prevent their possible detention by the police.”

Earlier it was reported that two protesters in Moscow could be deprived of parental rights.

The Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights, Anna Kuznetsova, commented on the information about the lawsuit.
