One hundred activists in Trocadero to denounce the "100th feminicide" of the year

Brandishing panels dedicated to each of the victims, a hundred demonstrators of the collective #NousToutes, gathered Sunday, September 1, place du Trocadéro in Paris to denounce the "100th feminicide of the year ", while opens Tuesday the" Grenelle of domestic violence ".

After gorging one by one the names of the victims, who were killed by their spouses or ex-spouses, the protesters called for an increase in the budget allocated to the fight against domestic violence.

Sunday evening, the Secretary of State for Equality between women and men, Marlene Schiappa, reacted on CNews, saying, "Do not spit on a million euros saying 'This is not Well, it's less good than ten '(...) "

The feminist activist Caroline de Haas, also a member of #NousToutes, for her part said that "if France decided today, it could radically reduce all the sexual and sexual violence hidden by feminicides." The latter ensures that "many feminicides could have been prevented if there had been no malfunctions."
