National institutions of the private sector have initiated measures to increase their Emiratisation rates, especially in jobs that suit the qualifications and capabilities of citizens seeking job opportunities.

This comes as a quick response from these institutions to the message of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, addressed to the citizens on the occasion of the beginning of a new season of work and achievement.

Large national institutions initiated the publication of a large number of advertisements in newspapers and websites, offering job vacancies for citizens in nearly five sectors, namely: hotels, real estate, education, insurance and cars, covering 12 disciplines, namely: “department managers, operations managers, administration officials, resources” Humanities, legal affairs, accounting, information technology, auditing, procurement, sales, teaching, insurance, marketing and media ».

It invited institutions wishing to fill the positions offered to meet five conditions and documents, including a curriculum vitae, an accredited university certificate, a certificate of experience in the job or specialization available, a copy of the passport, and finally a copy of the summary of enrollment.

For its part, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation welcomed these national initiatives, stressing that they reflect awareness and social responsibility of national private sector institutions.

She stressed that she places Emiratisation at the top of her work priorities by providing suitable training programs to provide citizens with the necessary skills and qualify them for available jobs, thus accelerating the pace of providing jobs to young Emirati talent in government and private entities.

She pointed out that during the past period, she has launched several initiatives and programs to implement the directives of the leadership on this important file, accelerate Emiratization and direct employment, and enable citizens in jobs and sustainability and develop their capabilities and increase their competitiveness to lead the knowledge economy efficiently and efficiently, explaining that it organizes open employment days in various sectors of work To attract job seekers and to conduct direct job interviews with companies that participate in employment days, in order to enhance job opportunities.
