The day before, the area of ​​forest fires in Russia, which were actively suppressed, was 37,313 ha.

According to the agency, the most difficult fire situation is observed in the Trans-Baikal Territory, where the area of ​​fires is more than 15 900 ha.

Earlier, the acting head of Rosleskhoz, Mikhail Klinov, said that the economic damage from natural fires since the beginning of 2019 amounted to 7 billion rubles.
