Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) has announced the completion of all works of the internal roads and infrastructure of East 25 in Abu Dhabi (Al Nahyan Camp) Phase II, pointing out that the project was implemented in cooperation with the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, at a total cost of AED 163.4 million.

Geographically, the project is located east of Abu Dhabi Island at the northern end between Al Saada Street and Delma Street on an area of ​​630 thousand square meters, where Sheikh Zayed Road will be connected with the road leading to the College of Staff, in addition to linking Sheikh Zayed Road with a double road through the Academy Globe to facilitate traffic.

Musanada implemented the project as part of its keenness to embody the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, to provide a high quality infrastructure that meets the needs of the individual and society, in line with the best international standards, and aims to raise the standard of life and consolidate the pillars of sustainable development The project received the attention and attention of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The project included the implementation of all infrastructure works such as electricity, water, sanitation and communications, paving roads, irrigation network, paving roads and street lighting to serve the needs of the population, which will serve a large segment of citizens and residents in the East 25.

The project serves 176 plots of land, 3 mosques, a school, 4 gardens, two shopping malls, a social center, 5 parking lots, an institute, a military site, a government building, 7 power stations, a telecommunications tower and a recreation club.

The work of the internal roads and infrastructure of Sharq 25 included the implementation and construction of 8.5 km of drinking water network, 75 fire nozzles, 6.5 km of sewage network, 11.1 km of rain water drainage network and 11.5 km of internal roads network. The street lighting network included 352 lighting poles, in addition to the construction of two medium voltage and low voltage electricity networks, a major irrigation network with a length of 7.1 km, a sub-irrigation network with a length of 28.05 km, as well as a communications network.

Musanada has coordinated with several government entities and companies in Abu Dhabi, in order to facilitate the work of the project in the best way and obtain the necessary approvals for the tracks of the infrastructure services lines in the project.
