It was not yet midnight Saturday night, when dozens of men in black riot squads rushed down the escalators at Prince Edwards Station. With batons in hand and tear gas bombs in hand, the agents rush to the closing doors of the metro. Confusion in the corridors, the speakers ask the passengers to leave the premises. Then the doors open. Rain of blows, scream of young people sitting on the ground, arms on their heads to protect themselves ... Images shot by Hong Kong witnesses and confreres are extremely violent.
