A pair of security guards discovered a car on Thursday night that was strangely parked next to a municipal facility in Ronneby. A 35-year-old man was seen running from the scene, when the guards called the police.

With the help of a drug dog, both drugs and theft were found in the car. A cut hole was also discovered in the fence around the municipal facility, but it is unclear if the man has entered any of the premises.

Suspected of multiple crimes

After searching, they managed to get hold of the drug-affected man who is known by the police since before. Despite the car, he has no driver's license and is now suspected of a variety of crimes.

- Drug drunk driving, receiving, unlawful intrusion and grossly unlawful driving, the police's internal commander Magnus Hansson tells us on Friday morning.

The man is now taken care of by the police and will be questioned when he has sobered.
