Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz has issued a royal order appointing Fahd Al-Essa as head of the Royal Court.

King Salman also ordered the establishment of a ministry on behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the appointment of Bandar al-Khorayef as its minister.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz issued a number of royal orders, including:

- Converting the Riyadh Development Authority into a Royal Commission in the name of the Royal Commission in Riyadh.

- The name of the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources shall be amended to be the Ministry of Energy.

- Establishment of a ministry in the name of industry and mineral wealth.

- Establishing a body on behalf of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority directly linked to the Prime Minister and having a Board of Directors chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister.

- Organizational linking the National Information Center with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority.

- Establishment of a center on behalf of the National Center for Artificial Intelligence and an office on behalf of the Office of National Data Management, which are linked organizationally to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority.

- Transferring the name of the General Audit Bureau to the General Audit Office.

- Appointment of Mr. Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Essa as Head of the Royal Court at the rank of Minister.

- Bandar Ibrahim Al-Khorayef was appointed Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources.

- Appointing Dr. Bandar Mohammed Bandar Al-Aiban as advisor to the Royal Court at the rank of Minister.

- Dr. Awwad Al-Awwad was appointed Head of the Human Rights Commission at the rank of Minister.

- Appointment of Mazen Ibrahim Al-Kahmous as Chairman of the National Authority for Combating Corruption with the rank of Minister.

- Appointment of Mr. Aqilah Al-Aqil as Deputy Chief of the Royal Court.

- Vice-Minister of Labor and Social Development Tamadur bint Yousef al-Ramah is relieved of her position.

- The dismissal of Dr. Khalil bin Musleh Al Thaqafi, Chairman of the General Authority for Meteorology and Environmental Protection from his position.

- Exemption from Dr. Khalid bin Muhsin al-Muhaisen from his position.
