“As of the morning of August 30, as a result of the passage of a cyclone in the Khabarovsk Territory, in the flood zone in 61 municipalities, there are 61 settlements. Also, according to the agency, water is stored on 71 sections of inter-village roads and inside settlements.
It is noted that in the flood zone there are about 1800 summer cottages.
