London (AFP) A Scottish court has rejected an emergency petition against the compulsory break of the British Parliament. Judge Raymond Doherty of the highest Scottish civil court dismissed Scottish MPs' request for a restraining order against British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's compulsory break on Friday. The main hearing in the matter should take place in one week.
