On September 2, Mittmedia's new organization will take effect and in connection with this, ten magazines will have their own editor-in-chief, including the newspaper Ångermanland. On Monday, Oskar Nord, who today is the administrative editor of ST, ÖA and TÅ, starts his new job. The question is how it will be felt for the readers in Härnösand, Kramfors and Sollefteå.

Local leadership

- I will only have these municipalities before my eyes, it is part of the big reorganization to have a greater local leadership. I also hope to be closer to the readers, says Oskar Nord.

Oskar Nord lives in Sundsvall and will commute to Härnösand, and he has some connection to Ångermanland.

- I have spent almost every summer vacation with my grandmother and grandfather in Sollefteå.

Mittmedia owns a total of 28 newspapers and in connection with the new organization, 24 journalist services disappear, 23 of them in Norrland. But for the newspaper Ångermanland, there will instead be an increase in the number of journalists from seven posts to twelve.

- We distribute services that have previously been at ST and ÖA. It feels extra fun that it is a reinforcement on the toe.
