According to her, Tbilisi is moving westward and Moscow’s influence should be minimized.

“We must make every effort to reduce economic dependence on Russia,” RIA Novosti quoted Zurabishvili as saying.

For this, she noted, the state needs more European investments, tourists from Europe, consumers of Georgian products.

The politician also accused Russia of "daily provocations" and that it "plays on the nerves."

Earlier, Zurabishvili said that the resumption of dialogue will become possible after a change in the position of the Russian side.

Adalbi Shkhagoshev, a member of the State Duma Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption, commented on this statement.
