Mohammed Saqer Al Nuaimi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for Support Services, explained that eight of the defendants included in the reports submitted to the Public Prosecution are working for a number of establishments that the ministry allows to complete its transactions. Some of the establishments concerned have access to the electronic system of the ministry to complete the transactions of these establishments, but the defendants exploited the authority granted to them and circumvented the electronic system by providing transactions to other establishments related to the renewal of a number of work permits. Al-Naimi pointed out that seven defendants working in other establishments and who also have access to the electronic system have defrauded the system by completing the procedures for applications for work permits at reduced fees, although these fees do not apply to the permits referred to where the ministry provides the privilege of reduced fees for facilities that It has at least 50 percent of its multicultural proportions.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, based on its keenness to facilitate the procedures and support the employers, grants the interested establishments an electronic program that allows them to complete their transactions through the persons nominated by these "electronic establishments" to enter the electronic system of the ministry, which is the same system used in the service centers. The Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services Affairs said: "The control systems applied by the Ministry revealed that two of the defendants included in the reports submitted to the Public Prosecution have completed the processing of 15 work permits for the employment of" entry permits "in the names of a number of citizens. He stressed that the ministry will not tolerate anyone trying to exploit the simplified procedures approved by the ministry to meet the aspirations of its customers and achieve their happiness, including the abolition of the requirement of the original identity card of the employer to complete the processing of the issuance of auxiliary labor permits, especially since the ministry's move came on the basis of demands from dealers who do not wish to Hand over their identity cards to delegates or other persons to complete their transactions. " He stressed that "the internal control system at the ministry is able to detect and know any cases to circumvent the regulations and identify people directly involved."
