“I think that the active phase of the negotiations will be from September to November,” Belta quoted the minister as saying.
He noted that at the moment the Belarusian side is preparing next proposals.
Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and Belarusian Prime Minister Sergei Rumas discussed Belarusian-Russian relations. According to him, “the complex of Belarusian-Russian relations is the main issue.”
In early August, Lukashenko instructed the Belarusian government to expedite the coordination of an action program with Russia to deepen integration.
