It was shortly before 2pm on Monday that police were alerted to Uttermarksgatan after several people heard gunshots being fired. A while later, a 32-year-old man came in with gunshot injuries at the Mälar Hospital's emergency room.

The same afternoon, police announced that a person aged 35 had been arrested. He was not suspected of the attempted murder, but of assisting. But after the decision of the prosecutor, he was released on Wednesday.

"Notice to work on"

Do you have anyone suspected of the attempted murder?

- We currently have no reasonable suspicions, but there are always spreads to work on.

How is the condition of the shooter?

- This morning it was stable, and the investigator has talked to him on the phone today.

Do you know what the motive behind shooting is?

- We have some theories, but no clear motif image, says Thomas Tellebro.
