Clarisse Agbegnenou (-63 kg) was crowned world judo champion for the fourth time, after 2014, 2017 and 2018, beating in the final after a fight of more than thirteen minutes the Japanese Miku Tashiro, Wednesday in Tokyo .

At 26, Agbegnenou becomes the first French judoka quadruple world champion (ahead of Decosse, Emane and Deydier, crowned three times). And the 2016 Olympic vice champion and four-time European champion, N.1 world and undefeated for twenty months, is ideally launched to the Olympics 2020 in the Japanese capital next summer.
