August 28, 201920.09 The French police are on the trail of thieves who in the last month have stolen bronze bells from some churches in Provence. The BBC writes. The target locations are Ginasservis, Brue-Auriac and Esparron-de-Pallieres. It is not clear if the thefts are connected. Among others, the thieves took possession of a bell in a church of the XIIth Century in Brue-Auriac, 10 meters high. For the European Consortium of tower bells, those before the Revolution of 1793 are very precious because they are extremely rare.
