The Dubai Department of Human Resources (DGHR) has granted its employees a three-hour exit permit to accompany their children to schools and nurseries at the beginning of their school career on the first day of the school year, which begins with the beginning of September, starting from the leadership directives to facilitate staff and students and promote family cohesion. The Department called on the bodies, departments and institutions of the Government of Dubai to facilitate their parents and enable them to accompany their children to schools and nurseries at the beginning of the school year, in the light of human resources legislation and procedures adopted in the Government of Dubai in this regard, so as not to affect the progress of work and provide services In each department, such legislation has the flexibility to allow departments to grant their parents staff permission for morning delay or early departure, on the first day of school, for a maximum of three hours combined or divided into two morning or evening periods, to enable them to Their children to and from schools. She added that as regards parents of employees of government bodies, departments and institutions in Dubai government, who have children in kindergartens and kindergartens may be granted permission for morning delay or early departure during the first school week; to take their children to and from the nursery, and for a maximum of three hours a day.
