Drove truck through Smedjebacken with 2.69 per milliliter in the blood

It was in mid-August that the police intervened against a woman after she drove into two parked cars and a tree on Kyrkogatan in central Smedjebacken with a truck. When the police came to the scene, the woman must have had an alcohol concentration of 2.69 per thousand in the blood. Now the woman is being prosecuted at Falu District Court on suspicion of, among other things, gross drunk driving. The limit for gross drunk driving is at 1.0 per milliliter.

The woman is also prosecuted for unlawful driving, as she will lack driver's license. She must also have resisted the arrest and kicked the police. For that, she is being prosecuted for violent resistance.
