Chinese swimmer Sun Yang, a three-time Olympic champion, on Tuesday described the rumor surrounding it as "intolerable" since last year's incredible anti-doping test, for which he is to be heard by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

"Public opinion, misinformed, has distorted the facts," defended himself on social networks Sun, hero for the Chinese people but cheater doped for many of its competitors. "My training and my personal life were greatly disrupted and it became intolerable."

Sun said he was eager to give his side of the story. Mysteriously adding: "There is something I can not say, I can not make the truth public, but fortunately the surveillance cameras have recorded everything, otherwise I could not defend myself against irresponsible accusations"

At 27, Sun has already filled his medal cabinet: besides the three gold medals at the Olympic Games (two in London-2012 and one in Rio-2016), the Chinese is also eleven-time world champion in the big pool , since 2011.

But, already suspended three months for doping in 2014, his career is in danger since an unexpected control in September 2018, during which he destroyed a sample of his blood with a hammer.

Blanched by the International Swimming Federation (Fina) on a flaw, Sun was able to compete in July at the Gwangju World Cup in South Korea, winning two gold medals but also the anger of many of his rivals. The Australian Mack Horton, for example, refused to take the podium to receive his silver medal alongside Sun, in gold over 400m for the fourth time in a row.

As the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) appealed Fina's decision to CAS, it was scheduled to hold a hearing in September, before staggering it for "unforeseen personal circumstances" from one of the parties. he announced last week. The new audience "is unlikely to be held before the end of October".
