The first defendant confessed before the court to refrain from giving the urine sample to the competent authorities for personal reasons.He noted that he saw the second defendant sitting in her vehicle and was unconscious.He continued to inform him that she was under the influence of narcotics as she had used the substance crystal.

The judge reprimanded the girl for laughing in front of the court when she was asked about the proceedings of the case and about the accused injecting her with an anesthetic dose before or after taking the substance.


According to the case papers, the competent authorities seized a vehicle inside a young man and a girl under the influence of narcotic substances, where it turned out that the girl was unconscious and was taken to the hospital to save her and maintain her safety, and the young man was transferred to the police station where the competent authorities asked him to give a sample of his urine However, he refused to cooperate with the competent authorities and to submit to legal procedures, where the defendants were referred to the Public Prosecution and then to the Criminal Court for drug abuse, driving a vehicle under the influence of drugs, and refraining from giving a urine test to facilitate drug abuse.
