The Ministry of Education reported that the second of next September is the start of the new school year, which starts with the initiative «Hello Madrasati» with a new slogan is «Kafu», explaining that the logo carries a message of thanks and appreciation to the school community, teachers, administrators, students and parents at the state level.
The school year (2020/2019) was scheduled to start on September 1, according to the approved school calendar, but the ministry postponed the start of the study for the next day (September 2), on the occasion of the Islamic New Year.
The aim of the Ministry of «Kvo» to sharpen the concerns of the educational field, and to promote the positive in the school system of the UAE, and to achieve happiness in the school community, dedicated to the beginning of the ideal for the new school year, in addition to delivering a letter of thanks and appreciation to all workers in the field of education who create and save work, thought, creativity and production This is reflected in the final outcome on the progress of education and improve its outputs.
The Ministry pointed out that the initiative «Hello Madrasati» provides a large number of educational and recreational and community enrichment programs aimed and influential and will be implemented in all schools, as well as competitions will be implemented through the accounts of social media of the Ministry.
Jamila Al Muhairi, Minister of State for Public Education, said that the slogan «Kafu» reduces the content of many educational goals, and it carries humanitarian and value values stemming from the originality of the customs and traditions of the UAE, which reflects appreciation and respect for the other. The slogan of the "Hello Madrasati" initiative for the new school year is derived from the word "Kafu" in the local dialect, which we circulate to express thanks and gratitude and love among our community, which they develop positive feelings among individuals and spread the creative spirit.
She stressed the ministry's keenness to be the beginning of the new school year through the transmission of positive messages among the school community, which paves the way to achieve a mental preparation at high levels, and enhance the enthusiasm for learning, especially after the interruption of study during the annual leave, thus breaking any barriers may face the field and provide a study environment Motivating to ensure that the start of the first school day exceptional and unusual and encouraging and inspiring.

Al-Muhairi said that the ministry started early preparations for the new academic year `` 2019-2020 '' through a package of guidelines, initiatives and programs that took into account the importance of upgrading the educational environment, so that schools are more attractive to students and all staff.
She explained that the preparations for the academic year also included the work of developing the infrastructure of schools, especially related to scientific and technical laboratories and resource rooms and activities so that all school facilities are highly prepared to receive students and accommodate the technical transformations that schools will witness in the next phase.
