It was just before 7 pm that one person alerted the police that a truck driver had driven down their fence outside the Malung residence. The person drove the truck and got a stop on the vehicle.
When the police arrived at the scene, the truck driver admitted that he was aware that he had driven down the fence but was still driving from there.
The driver, a 45-year-old man, was arrested and is suspected of unlawfully departing from a traffic accident site.
