According to media reports, in the morning of August 25, a resident of Tyumen began an allergic reaction, the ambulance doctors arrived and took her to the so-called water guards hospital, where the girl was not admitted, citing the "end of the shift."

After this, the patient was taken to the regional hospital.

Investigators went to a medical facility, where they seized the necessary documentation.
