The Ministry of Justice is requesting an approximate budget for the next year's budget, and will seek approximately 821.4 billion yen, approximately 6.3% higher than the current fiscal budget.

Among them, in order to respond to the expansion of acceptance of foreign human resources that began in April, we will include 5,819 million yen as related expenses.

Specifically, in order to newly establish a “foreign symbiosis center” that consolidates consultation desks such as Hello Work and the Immigration Control Office, we will add 371 million yen, and to strengthen the foreigner residence management. It will be 2,780 million yen for database construction.

In addition, in order to strengthen the residency management and support system for foreign human resources, the policy is to increase the number of immigration officers by 240 people.
