A 48-year-old man has died and another person of 71 has been injured when an ultralight crashed in the marshes of the Huelva municipality of San Juan del Puerto, as reported by the 112 Emergencies 112 Andalusia service on Saturday.
The event occurred after 9 pm on Friday and more than a dozen neighbors alerted the coordination center because they had seen an ultralight rush into the area of the pier and marshes known as Los Palitos de San Juan del Puerto.
The health services have confirmed the death of a 48-year-old man and the evacuation of another 71 crew member to the Juan Ramón Jiménez hospital in Huelva, without the causes of the accident so far.
The accident caused a fire in the marshes of San Juan del Puerto and 112 has received this morning more than 200 warnings for the smell of burning in Huelva capital following a change in the wind.
