Micro-training is a new concept that has become popular and there is much talk about the importance of moving on the job. Physiotherapist Birthe Vogelius is one who emphasizes the importance of microtraining.

- Even a person who exercises a lot in his spare time has eight hours of sitting time at work with small breaks. That time can not be taken again even if you work out a workout at the gym. Therefore, it is important to do something in place to promote circulation, metabolism and switch positions, says Birthe Vogelius.

At the physiotherapy clinic where Vogelius is the CEO, she says that more and more patients are seeking help for neck and back problems, which is one of the effects of all sedentary.

- Even the posture has gotten worse since we got mobiles and tablets, which makes everyone sit with a bowed head. This, in turn, leads to permanent changes in the neckline and you get a so-called "Gamnack", says Vogelius.
